Hi there! I'm Danielle and this is my design portfolio... but you probably figured that out already. I’m a freelance graphic designer, full time mother of two and full time Air Force wife. 

 

I’ve always loved art and been creative, but in 2006 as my husband left for his first deployment I found myself needing a creative outlet to help me survive along with my two kids (ages 2 months and 17 months at the time). I found some awesome military shirts for my son to wear and thought “hey! I could do that!” So I took the plunge, invested in my first Adobe Creative Suite, and I was hooked!

 

I started small… working on a Cafepress shop featuring military apparel and gifts. In 2008 I also opened a second shop for the hugely popular (at the time) fandom… Twilight. It was a huge success! I ended up winning a couple awards and had Hot Topic and People magazine interested in my designs. 

 

I decided I wanted to “take this to the next level” and enrolled in the Art Institute. I graduated in 2011 with my Associates and in 2013 with my Bachelors in Graphic Design. The rest is history!

 

Currently, I own 6 different POD shops under a couple different names including Cranberry Design and Because of the Brave. I’m also the Art Director and Product Manager for Metal Promo, among a few other adventures! I’m happy to help you with any questions you might have, or help you get started on your new project!
